Exchanges & returns
To proceed with the return of an item purchased from the PITI CUITI online store (www.piticuiti.com), you must:

1 - Request the return by mail to: ainaragallo@hotmail.com within a period not exceeding 7 business days following the date of receipt of the product, letting us know the reason for the return.

2 - Items must be returned:

a) In its original condition, along with any related accessories, not being able to be used or damaged.

b) With their original labels.

c) In its original complete packaging.

3 - Send the item to the address provided for return via email.

(*) Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse it is under your responsibility.

We recommend that you send the item to us by courier or certified mail and that you keep the shipping receipt.

Do I have to pay something for the return?
To return an item purchased at PITI CUITI (www.piticuiti.com), you just have to contact a courier company or the Post Office and send the item to the address we provide you by email.

The shipping costs must be paid by the customer who wants to make the return.

Only in case the item sent was defective, PITI CUITI would assume the total cost of shipping for its exchange and / or return.

Can I request Tax-Free?
